In honor of March being National Nutrition Month, Atria residents and staff are learning about and trying out a new nutrition and well-being habit every day through March 31. Each day’s recommendation comes from a reputable, trusted source, like the Mayo Clinic. Residents received a worksheet they can use to check off each day as they go along, and more details are provided in the Daily Inspiration Newsletters they get each morning from their Engage Life team. Staff are following along in their daily stand up meetings.

You can download a digital version of our National Nutrition Month worksheet here, and you’ll find that each day’s habit is clickable and will take you straight to the source article for more information.

Join us as we find new, healthy ways to enhance our well-being all month long.
